Tiffany & Co. Engagement rings will usually bring the most money since this brand is highly desirable and has a strong resale value. Also, David Yurman engagement rings and Cartier engagement rings will fetch higher premiums. Other top designer brands are also more likely to be worth more at time of resale.

All other engagement rings purchased from larger corporate jeweler stores such as Zales, Jared’s, Kay, Rogers & Hollands, etc will have the lowest resale value, usually between ten and twenty percent of purchase price. If your engagement ring was purchased at a private jewelry store, you may do slightly better.
