Pictures: You can simply take a couple good close up photos of your items. If you have photos already, feel free to use our easy form that's sent directly to me, or text them directly to me at (773) 490-9828.

GIA, EGL, IGI, or other certificate for the main diamond
Appraisal for your item that you gave to your insurance company
Receipt and other paperwork received at the time of purchase from jewelry store.
Independent appraisal recently prepared with useful details about your item.
Information you have received from your local jeweler with their opinion of details about your item.

Get Estimate Usually Within One Hour

When you text or call you are contacting Mike, the business owner directly on his cell phone. Because of this, you will usually get a reply within the hour. Often within minutes! This is good for you because you will be able to communicate directly with Mike to establish a fast realistic price estimate. At this time you can also ask any questions that you may have about the selling process, and ultimately schedule an appointment same day if desired.

Make An Appointment or Free FedEx Ship

After you have communicated with Mike and received an estimate and you have decided you are ready to sell, the next step is to either schedule an in person appointment, or request a FedEx insured shipping label to be emailed to you.

In person appointment

Schedule an appointment to meet with Mike at his private Northbrook office, as soon as the same day. After in person examination you will receive a final offer and receive payment on the spot.

Ship FedEx

Provide Mike with your email address and you will receive a Fedex insured shipping label. Print the label and package your items in a Fedex express box inside another Fedex express box. Take to your local Fedex ship store or schedule a pickup.

Get Paid The Same Day

If you will meet Mike in person at the Northbrook office or other location, you will receive cash or check payment on the spot.

If you are shipping your item, once received, Mike will examine your item and call or text you the same day with the final offer. If you are satisfied with the offer payment will be sent via Paypal, Echeck, regular check or wire payment the same day. If you decide not to sell, your item will be promptly returned to you via Fedex insured shipping at no charge.
